UK Sound System

Brook’s first car was an orange-and-black Austin Mini, and the image is set against the backdrop of the 1993 UK rave scene. He was drawn to underground Spiral Tribe–style gatherings — outdoor parties under railway bridges, in wooded copses, and open fields around Milton Keynes, Coventry, and Suffolk. The raw, DIY energy of those sound systems became a lasting influence.
